The Mexican side gave an interview to the blue and white club’s media and took stock of the first days at Invicta. The complete version will be broadcast this Thursday at 23:00 on Porto Canal.
Jorge Sánchez has been at FC Porto for just over a week, but he has already taken the measure of the blue and white squad’s way of working. In an interview given to the club’s media, the Mexican winger, loaned by Ajax, highlighted the “distinctive way” in which day-to-day life is lived at Dragão.
“I believe that you live in a different way, you live in a very competitive way, on the field everyone wants to play, everyone kills each other and that, for me, is important. There is a positive and very competitive internal competition, which helps you to be better on and off the field. That’s why I come with the greatest enthusiasm and willing to give everything in training, to improve what I have to improve, so that when I’m on the field I can do the best I can for myself, for my family, for supporters and for all those who trusted me”, stressed Sánchez, who has yet to make his debut in the white and blue shirt.
