Information confirmed in the Report and Accounts for the 2022/23 season
Sporting confirmed this Friday, in the Report and Accounts for 2022/23 sent to CMVM, the reinforcement of its participation in SAD, going from 63.8 percent to 83.9 percent, through the conversion of VMOC (Values Mandatory Convertible Securities) into SAD shares.
This resulted in an increase in share capital from 67 million euros to 150.6 million euros.
It is worth remembering that Sporting’s SAD closed the financial year for the 2022/23 season with a positive net result of 25.2 million euros.
