This Monday afternoon (11), at CT Dr. Joaquim Grava, Corinthians continued preparing for the next commitment valid for the Brazilian Championship. On Thursday (14), at 7pm, at Arena Castelão, Timão visits Fortaleza for the 23rd round of the Brazilian Championship.
The athletes carried out physical work in the gym before starting to warm up on Field 2. Then, on Field 3, coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo organized tactical work on ball release and offensive and defensive transitions. After work, the athletes performed finishing touches and defensive headers.
Goalkeeper Felipe Longo (2005) and defenders Fernando Vera (2005) and João Pedro (2003), from the club’s youth teams, completed the day’s activities.
Tomorrow (12), again in the afternoon, the Corinthians squad will do the penultimate training before the trip to the capital of Ceará.
