Central Emanuele Granziera, from Inter, is a reinforcement for Braga, having signed a contract valid for the next three seasons. Granziera, just 17 years old, is a youth international for Italy and joins the Minho emblem’s under-19 team.

Why Braga? “I chose Braga because it is the ideal team to continue evolving and thus become a better player. The Club invests a lot in young players and that also made me want to come here. The first impressions I had were very good and I went well received by everyone.”
The club: “I already knew Braga before coming here. It has consistently been one of the best teams in Portugal in recent years. When I found out about the interest I started following the club a lot more.”
Goals: “My main objectives are to work my hardest every day, learn from all the people around me and be very successful at Braga. I know it won’t be an easy path, but with a lot of work and patience I know I can achieve levels. I want to repay the trust that the Club placed in me.”
Characteristics: “I’m a left-footed centre-back, with a great physical presence, but who also likes to play with quality. I have the determination and personality necessary to work hard to improve.”
