Corinthians beat Taubaté away from home, by 3-0, and secured the leadership of the Campeonato Paulista for another round, as well as remaining undefeated in the state tournament. The white and white goals were scored by Carol Nogueira, Millene and Andressa.

Playing on a lawn with many problems, Brabas had to adapt to the field and, thus, the game started very concentrated in midfield. Corinthians managed to keep the ball longer and were the ones who most attacked, but could not swing the net.

However, at 12 minutes, Fernanda lifted the ball from the edge of the area, Grazi disputed with the goalkeeper and, in the spare, Carol Nogueira dominated and, with the free goal, opened the scoring.

Owners of the actions of the match, Corinthians still arrived with danger in the 39th minute, when Gabi Morais, from the entrance to the area, hit hard and demanded a good defense from the goalkeeper, who spread it out.

In the second stage, Arthur Elias bet on Marussi’s agility and the athlete, from the base categories, soon showed what she came for. At 23 minutes, Millene made a good move with the midfielder, who went to the bottom and touched the foot of the attacker, who inside the area did not forgive.

With the milder sun, Corinthians bet on base players, with full strength, to put pressure on Taubaté at the end of the game and, thus, in the 34th minute, Julia Brito let Miriã free and the attacker stopped only in the goalkeeper. Afterwards, Marussi took a chance from the edge of the area and almost scored.

In extra time, after a short corner kick, Fernanda carried the ball to the edge of the area and hit it hard. Halfway through, Andressa swerved and gave final numbers to the scorer.

With the victory, Timão remains at the top of the Paulista Championship and now turns its attention to the second semifinal game of the Brazilian Championship, which will be played on Saturday, at 4:30 pm, in Fazendinha, against Santos.
