Fluminense is scheduled to face Cruzeiro, at 9:30 pm (Brasília time) for the Brazilian Championship with something new. Left-back Marcelo will be rested for the Libertadores semi-final against Internacional, next Wednesday (27), and will start the game on the bench. The starter will be Diogo Barbosa, who comes from good performances in the chances he had.
Back on the bench after serving a suspension against Vasco, coach Fernando Diniz kept the rest of the base team from the defeat in the classic. Lima, who replaced Arias, who was injured, during the match, remains in the starting lineup.
