A little over a month without training, since he was fired by Internacional on July 18, Mano Menezes has been focusing on other businesses. The technician owns Cabanha Quatro Linhas, a cattle farm that has won three championships, a runner-up and a third place at Expointer 2023, an agricultural fair in Esteio, in Rio Grande do Sul.
The championships at Expointer are divided by cattle breeds. Two of Mano’s three titles were in the Ultrablack breed, category in which cow Baronesa U110 Poncho and bull U123 D Black were champions. In the Brangus breed, the African female Teib 107 Laconquista also won a cup.
“We are very proud of the work of our team. This is our third year at Expointer and being able to show consistency and regularity is very important”, celebrated Mano Menezes.

Located in Guaíba, in Rio Grande do Sul, Quatro Linhas has a history of titles. In last year’s edition of the fair, a new coach’s female, entitled « Messi », was champion, again in the Brangus category. In 2021, at the ExpoBrangus event, she took second place with the tattoo cow.
Mano Menezes remains free in the market
Since leaving Inter, the 61-year-old coach has not signed with any club. Initially, his plan was not to work in Brazil and was studying proposals from the Middle East. However, according to the UOL portal, negotiations with a team from the United Arab Emirates have cooled down and the coach has returned to considering working in the country.
Due to this possibility of the “Arab world”, Mano Menezes did not want to hear a proposal from Santos in early August, when the São Paulo team fired Paulo Turra.
At this moment, Cruzeiro, a club that spent three years between 2016 and 2019, has been without a coach since Pepa’s resignation. Corinthians, on the other hand, have Vanderlei Luxemburgo pressured by his performance and may be another possibility for the experienced coach.
